Playtomic integration: every booking becomes access and light
As soon as a court is booked, Sport Access creates the access code and switches the floodlights to playing brightness at the start of the match. After the match, the lights dim automatically.
How the connection works

Establish the connection
We connect your Playtomic venue via a secure API interface – in less than 15 minutes.

Synchronise bookings
Bookings and cancellations are synchronised every 60 seconds and converted into access codes.

Deliver the code
The player receives a PIN or QR code via WhatsApp, email or SMS.

Switch lights & unlock the door
Lighting and access follow the booked time window exactly, including configurable lead-in and follow-up times.
